Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using Nimpli (“the Platform”), operated by yaroni studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use at hello@yaronistudio.com.

4. LICENSE GRANT

By uploading content to Nimpli, you retain ownership of your content but grant yaroni studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your prompts and images for the purpose of operating the Platform.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND PROHIBITED CONTENT

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You confirm that:

• - You own or have the rights to all content you upload
• - Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• - You have obtained all necessary permissions for any images of people

You may NOT upload:

• - Pornographic or sexually explicit content (NSFW)
• - Content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• - Private information (PII) of others without consent
• - Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
• - Content that infringes on copyright or intellectual property

6. PLATFORM FEATURES AND STATUSES

yaroni studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any platform feature, status, or benefit (including but not limited to Founding Creator status or any future creator programs) at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless yaroni studio and Nimpli from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from content you uploaded or your use of the Platform.

8. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. yaroni studio is not responsible for:

• - The accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated content
• - Results obtained from using prompts shared on the Platform
• - Any damages caused by use of third-party AI tools (such as Kling, Nano Banana, Midjourney, etc.)

9. NOTICE AND TAKEDOWN

To report content that violates these Terms or infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@yaronistudio.com. We will review and act within 48 hours.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform will be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Israel.

11. CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
